You may have read in our news section that Ibiza town's Christmas tree was erected last Saturday and I couldn't wait to go down and have a look at what was going on. The boys and girls of the council's crack Christmas tree decorating team were hard at work with a cherry picker in the sweltering heat.
They're working against all the odds to get the tree all Christmas-ed up for the big switch on which takes place on December 1st. We'll have the council's full programme of Christmas events in Spotlight news a little closer to the time.
