Sustainable Ibiza: Beach Fun for Kids

There's a cracking programme of activities been organised for kids under 12 this summer by the Balearic Sustainable Foundation. Called Green Workshops, they're a fun way for the youngsters to learn all about protecting the environment and caring for our beaches through games and entertainment.

All the instructors are multi-lingual and kids of all nationalities will be grouped by age – 3 to 5, 6 to 8 and 9 to 12 – and will use their imagination and stuff found on the beach in four different 'classes' - Handicraft, Selective Rubbish, Recycled Fancy Dress and Green Comic.
It sounds like an ideal way to keep the youngsters occupied, safe, and learning something useful about protecting the world we live in whilst mixing with kids from other countries.
