There are a couple of opportunities in San Antonio for you to get your running shoes out and breath some fresh sea air into your lungs.
First out of the blocks is the Second Portus Magnus Popula Course which takes place next Sunday 18th April from 10.30 onwards. The race is open to all age groups and abilities, they've even got a category for me, called veteran for some reason, with the distances ranging from 500 metres to 3000 metres.
The finish line is the Sa Punta des Moli windmill near the hotel Hawaii and the course follows the new promenade with some competitors starting as far along it as Cala Gracio.
Coming up fast on the inside is the second Ibiza Earth Run which takes place the following Sunday, 25th April, and is a charity event to help raise environmental awareness. It's a fun event, you can run, cycle, skate, walk, dance, or even roll, the 5 km course along the southern part of San Antonio bay to the finish in the town's main square.
